The good news in the 1.5.1. release was, that the auto-update feature worked, for the first time ever.
The bad news was, that the Linux-version did not work which in turn may have destroyed some installations. This affected the appImage, about the snap I am not sure and the source code (“npm start”) definitely always worked everywhere.
This Linux-issue is now fixed. I had accidentially built it in Ubuntu, where “npm start” worked and “npm run dist” displayed no issues, so there seemed to be no reason to check the binary after build. Since May 13th, the corrected Debian-built version is online under the same filename.
